Arch Support Thongs

I just wanted to say whoever invented these thongs I take my hat off to you. I have plantar fasciitis and these have helped me heaps, just purchased a black pair too. My osteo is impressed.

I have not been able to wear thongs since I was a kid and while on holidays in Darwin I had some shoes on that I was getting sore feet from. We stopped at you store at Mindil Beach Markets where I got a pair of Slappa’s. They felt good when I tried them on and seriously I haven’t had them off my feet since. They have travelled to Bali with me (late last year), Fiji with me (this year) and ready to go to Bali again (next week) they are my new travel companion!

I traveled to far north QLD in December where I was volunteer at a Wildlife hospital. It was so hot that I wore pluggers most of the time and my feet paid the price... aching feet, cracked heels and a dicky left knee! On the way back home to Port Stephens we saw Bowen market's and decided to check them out. I was instantly drawn to Fran's rainbow display of 'thongs'.  I also knew that I needed more support for my feet and legs. I tried a pair on while Fran was giving me the sales pitch, they were great. I was listening to Fran and her valuable information. While I was there, I encouraged a lady to go halves with me to get a discount...Sold! Within 3 minutes of wearing Slappa's, my knee started clicking when I walked. After a day of wearing them, my knee moved back into the correct position and my feet stopped aching. I only wish I'd bought another pair! I have since seen 2 other moulded thongs in stores but they are more expensive and not as good quality. I also like the idea that you/the business is in NT.

I just have to say thank you, thank you, thank you.  I've just received my (first) pair of Slappas and they're already on my feet.  Already, my flat footsies are feeling grateful for thongs with arch support again. But I just couldn't believe how quickly they arrived!  Being in remote WA, I wasn't expecting them until next week, but they've arrived in time to save me from aching feet when I go camping this weekend.  3 working days is world record time here. I've got to tell you, I was a massive fan of the Ipanema anatomic thongs (mine recently finally died), but your Slappas leave them for dead for comfort.  The fact that they are also made out of recycled materials, you obviously have a social conscience AND you're an Australian company - tick in every box for me. Great work.  This will not be my last pair.

I purchased a pair of Slappas about 12 months ago because I had a painful problem due to having high-insteps. The thongs were integral in curing my issue. I wore them every day-all-day over the summer and autumn until the weather got too cold and had to put shoes on, Absolutely the most comfortable thongs Ive ever owned. Also, I was impressed at how durable the slappas are since I do I treat most footwear quite roughly. Very impressed with the quality, and back for a new pair now. Much better value that ordinary thongs.

These Slappa's are the longest lasting thongs I've ever had. I've been very happy with them and just picked up my second pair.
