Arch Support Thongs

I just thought I’d let you know how much I love my Slappas thongs,I have 3 pair, they are so comfortable and light you wouldn’t know you had anything on your feet. Well done Slappas!

Just a quick note as a follow on to our earlier emails. Wanted to let you know the thongs are wonderful! The most comfy shoes I can wear to relieve my plantar fasciitis. And let me tell you, I have many very expensive brands like Ecco, Frankie 4, Merrell and my beloved Birkenstocks. My Slappa's are more comfy than all of them.  I just need you to now make a work shoe / closed in shoe with the same footbed!! Thanks again. I'll be purchasing a 2nd pair in the not too distant future, and singing your praises to all who will listen in the meantime.

I just have to say thank you, thank you, thank you.  I've just received my (first) pair of Slappas and they're already on my feet.  Already, my flat footsies are feeling grateful for thongs with arch support again. But I just couldn't believe how quickly they arrived!  Being in remote WA, I wasn't expecting them until next week, but they've arrived in time to save me from aching feet when I go camping this weekend.  3 working days is world record time here. I've got to tell you, I was a massive fan of the Ipanema anatomic thongs (mine recently finally died), but your Slappas leave them for dead for comfort.  The fact that they are also made out of recycled materials, you obviously have a social conscience AND you're an Australian company - tick in every box for me. Great work.  This will not be my last pair.

These Slappa's are the longest lasting thongs I've ever had. I've been very happy with them and just picked up my second pair.

I just wanted to say whoever invented these thongs I take my hat off to you. I have plantar fasciitis and these have helped me heaps, just purchased a black pair too. My osteo is impressed.

Thanks for sponsoring our team the “Shorefooted Slappas”, in the “Barra Bass and Bream Digest Harbourmasters Invitational 2013. The bright matching purple numbers certainly got noticed! Rog was most impressed with their grip on the slippery boat ramp and how good his feet felt after a long day on the water. We managed to land 2 barra, 3 bream, 4 catfish, 1 shark, 1 trevally and hooked and lost another 8 barras. Alas, not good enough for a podium finish this year.

I traveled to far north QLD in December where I was volunteer at a Wildlife hospital. It was so hot that I wore pluggers most of the time and my feet paid the price... aching feet, cracked heels and a dicky left knee! On the way back home to Port Stephens we saw Bowen market's and decided to check them out. I was instantly drawn to Fran's rainbow display of 'thongs'.  I also knew that I needed more support for my feet and legs. I tried a pair on while Fran was giving me the sales pitch, they were great. I was listening to Fran and her valuable information. While I was there, I encouraged a lady to go halves with me to get a discount...Sold! Within 3 minutes of wearing Slappa's, my knee started clicking when I walked. After a day of wearing them, my knee moved back into the correct position and my feet stopped aching. I only wish I'd bought another pair! I have since seen 2 other moulded thongs in stores but they are more expensive and not as good quality. I also like the idea that you/the business is in NT.

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for over 6 months and have literally spent 100's of dollars on tryin to find something that would ease the pain and I can finally say I have found it. Your thongs have given me a lot of relief and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Im not experiencing nearly the same amount of pain that I was, whilst I haven't shaken it completely my slappas are finally giving me some relief, even managed 4hrs in ikea last week and only a few weeks ago I couldnt walk for 10 mins.
